Please review the requirements listed below before submitting requests for funding.
Funding Requirements:

Requests must meet one of the supported areas (addiction prevention, treatment, recovery, and/or education).

Organizations must have Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.

Submitted applications must include all required fields.

Supporting flyers or documents regarding the event or program must be included with the funding application.

Requests must be received at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to the project or program.
