Apply for Funding

Please review the requirements listed below before submitting requests for funding.

Funding Requirements:

  • Requests must meet one of the supported areas (addiction prevention, treatment, recovery, and/or education).

  • Organizations must have Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.

  • Submitted applications must include all required fields.

  • Supporting flyers or documents regarding the event or program must be included with the funding application.

  • Requests must be received at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to the project or program.

  • Telephone solicitations will not be accepted.
